Mark Silver BSc. (Computer Science) - Managing Director
Mark founded FBS in June 1982 while still studying at
Monash University. Having been involved with Harmony
since its inception, Mark's in-depth knowledge of the
system and experience with accounting make him the ideal
consultant on all aspects of computer based accounting/business
management - that's why he is also in charge of sales
and marketing.
Adrian Jacobson (B.Comp.,MCP) - General Manager
Adrian's experience as an FBS Account Manager for nine years and Senior Account Manager for the last 12 months makes him a perfect candidate for this position. Whilst Adrian maintains a small number of larger FBS accounts to manage, his primary role is to manage the day to day operations of FBS and be the primary liaison to FBS staff. It is also Adrian;s responsibility to see that all FBS departments; operate professionally, efficiently and cohesively ensuring customer dedlines being met.
Yit Teck Parn BSc. (Hon's Computer Science) - Software Development
and Support Manager
Yit Teck has worked with FBS since 1985, and in Harmony
applications development since 1987. He co-ordinates
all applications development for the Harmony modules
- both those on our development plan, and those we are
asked to create for our clients. Yit Teck is also responsible
for customer support.
Mark
Sinclair BSc. (Hon's Computer Science) - Systems Integration
Manager
Mark joined FBS in 1990 after graduating from Monash University.
Mark is responsible for the installation and configuration
of SCO Unix and its associated utilities, and for bringing
together all the elements of your software solution. These
may include networking, with third party packages, Internet
connectivity and more.
Simon Marks B.Bus- Account Manager
Simon is one of our team of account managers. He is
a qualified accountant and has had extensive experience
in the wholesale area for over 20 years. Simon is very
familiar with business management and operating Harmony
software
Daryl Kingham BSc. (Computer Science) - Research and Development
Manager
Daryl has been with FBS since 1985, following his graduation
from Monash University. Daryl looks after the creation
and enhancement of Harmony 4GL, the development environment
with which the Harmony applications are built. His responsibilities
also include porting the Harmony API across to new operating
systems and hardware platforms.
Nick Hrysanidis - Bachelor of Applied Science (Computer Science)
- Analyst/Programmer
Nick has been with FBS since 1996. He is involved
in programming many of the modules in Harmony using
our own customized language, and Nick specializes in
the Style and Import modules used in Harmony Desktop.
Galina Babenko - Systems Analyst and Programmer
Galina joined us in 1998 and is an expert
in our own DML programming language. Specializing
in form customization and customized reporting,
Galina works hard to ensure your customized reports
are exactly how you want them to look, and provide
continuity throughout your business operations.
Craig Eastwood - B.App.Sc. (Computer Science/Mathematics) -
Head Analyst Programmer
Craig has been with FBS since 1993, and as a
senior member of the support & development team, oversees
all aspects of the software development life cycle. Craig
has knowledge in all areas of Harmony, but specializes
in the inventory control and manufacturing areas of the
software.
Karen Bouhadana - Training Manager
Karen is our training manager and software-testing engineer.
She has worked extensively with Harmony as an end user,
and has over 18 years experience as an accounting software
trainer. Karen handles Harmony training, as well as performing
quality assurance work on the software. This dual role
helps to ensure she is always up-to-date with Harmony
as it grows.
Zoran Miloradovic - Hardware and Systems Integration
Zoran is our hardware and systems integration specialist.
It's his job to ensure that all the elements of your system,
hardware, operating system, network, and application software
work together effectively. We recognize that Harmony is
just one part of your installation, and Zoran is there
to help you manage all the rest.
Adrian
Mieszelewicz - B.Comp. (Info.Sys) & B.Bus (Acc) -
Analyst/Programmer
Adrian has been with FBS since 1994, and has developed
knowledge as a programmer in many areas of Harmony, including
Job Costing, Resource Scheduling, Equipment, Service,
Quote and Point of Sale modules, and their integration
with the core Harmony accounting functions.
Felix
Wong - (MSc) Senior Programmer and Harmony support coordinator
Felix has been working with FBS since December
1994. He has knowledge in many areas of the software such
as Debtors, Point of Sale and Sales Order Invoicing. He
is responsible for daily customer support, investigating
and solving problems behind the scene's. He also distributes
and installs periodic Harmony software upgrades. Customer
satisfaction is his primary concern.
Leora
Hazan - Receptionist Office Admin/Accounts
Leora joined FBS in May 2001, having come from
a business/retail background. Her position entails Payroll
Officer/Reception/PA/Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
Leora is the first point of contact for our customers as her busiest duties involve managing the phones at our reception.
Marina Nikolaevska - Masters Science in Applied Mathematics
Marina joined FBS in 1997 as an applications
programmer after many years experience in the programming
field. Marina mostly works on our complex C programs
and she works extensively on FBS's major projects.
Lyndon Sewell-Staples B. Sc (comp), ½ B. Eng. (elec)
- Systems Analyst and Programmer
Lyndon
was enrolled at Latrobe University as both programmer
and expert in User Interface design. Since joining FBS
(began Feb 2001) his skills have been utilized for unusually
mathematically difficult tasks within the design/development
area. This has led to the prototyping of many unique
sorting routines and the implementation of flexible
system-wide modifications. Lyndon is also involved in
the development of Windows development tools and high-level
software engines geared towards increasing the efficiency
of program development, the augmentation of global consistency
and the creation of a simple/instinctual user interfaces
within Harmony.
Lek Naratippakorn - Systems
Analyst and Programmer
Lek joined us mid 2002 after many years working
with Ansett as a programmer.
Working here as an applications programmer, Lek helps
complete a wide variety of projects using various programming
languages.
David Ying MIT (Master Degree of I. T.) – Systems
Analyst and Programmer
David has extensive skills and experience in both computer
science and accounting areas. He is specialised in Enterprise
Java, Web Services and Internet-based distributed computing
technologies. His up-to-date knowledge ensures your business
solutions will take advantage of the latest cutting edge
technologies. He has developed our innovative Java based
Windows Point of Sale with transparent off-line mode system.
Piyapong Thongyen (Master of Information RMIT) - Systems Analyst and Programmer
Piyapong joined FBS in the second half of 2006 as a Java Programmer assisting in the development of WinPOS.
Ronald Wibowo BSC Honours) Computer Science/BSC Information Technology - Systems Analyst and Programmer
Ronald join FBS in the second half of 2006 as a programmer working on the Harmony Java Interface .
Andy Dao (BCom.) - Account Manager
Andy joined FBS in early 2005 having previously worked for the Australian Taxation Office and MYOB. He also has commercial Accounting experience.
Eyal Geiger (BCom.) - Support Analyst
Eyal joined FBS in mid 2006. He works as a first point of call within the help desk team.
Moris Sztajer ( Diploma of Commerce) Training/Web Design
Moris joined FBS in late 2004 as a trainer coming from many years working for training institutions. He also has a background in all facets of accounting
as well as programming. He is also designing web sites for FBS clients
Jonathan Blashki (BApp.Sci CS) - Analyst / Applications Programmer
Jonathan joined FBS in April 2006 after graduating from RMIT. He works here as an applications programmer, helping to complete projects in C and our own customised language.
Wendy Kramer - Office Administration
Wendy joined FBS in February 2006, having come from a background in Export Trading for the past 15 years. In her role of Office Administration, her duties involve invoicing, purchasing and generally running around the office and helping out with the ever busy phones.
Sean Hardy (MCSE) - Support Analyst
Sean joined FBS in mid 2007. He works as a first point
of call within the help desk team.
Karen– Office Administration
Karen joined our administration team in 2007. Karen is the first point of contact for our customers as her busiest duties involve managing the phones at our reception.
Wallace–Java Developer
Wallace joined us in 2007. He is graduated from the University of Melbourne as a Research Master of Distributed System. Before joining us, he was research fellower in the University of Melbourne and works on Grid Computing System. Now he is in our JAVA team.
Dan-Web Developer
Dan joined FBS in late 2007. Having come from asp/asp.net programming background. He is now supporting the web development department.
NSW Personnel
Allan Hobbs Account Manager (NSW)
Allan is one of our team of account managers and is the NSW account manager. He is a qualified computer programmer and hardware technician and has had extensive experience in the wholesale area for over 20 years. Allan also spent 6 years as an IT Manager for two companies in wholesale distribution, implementing new ERP software for them. Allan’s background makes him ideally suited to his role.

Zsolt Mellar - Hardware and Systems Integration
Zsolt is our hardware and systems integration specialist.
It's his job to ensure that all the elements of your system,
hardware, operating system, network, and application software
work together effectively. We recognize that Harmony is
just one part of your installation, and Zsolt is there
to help you manage all the rest.
Charlie Lethbridge - Training and Implementation
Charlie joined us in the second half of 2006. She has had several years using Harmony particularly in TCF environment. Her role will be in installation and training for our NSW clients.
Reynaldo – Hardware and Systems Integration
Reynaldo joined our NSW Systems Integration Team in 2007. He has extensive qualifications I.T Technical Support and it's his job to ensure that all the elements of your system, hardware, operating system, network, and application software work together effectively.
