Over the last couple of years, Future Business Systems has worked closely with our customers to provide solutions for online orders and how to best manage them. For customer delivery online orders, FBS has built a complicated and thorough algorithm that determines the best location or store to handle these orders.

Leveraging on this ability to determine the best location for online orders, we have expanded this to also include store generated orders. So, if a product is not available in one store, the store does not need to send the customer away. An order can be created and the payment taken. Harmony will then allocate the order to a location determined be the algorithm. That store will then be responsible for the delivery to the customer.

Further development is planned for mid 2020 where stores will be able to select an alternate store for the customer to Collect.
