Monthly Harmony Newsletters
Welcome to edition one of the IN HARMONY online monthly newsletter.
For the past 10 years we have been distributing in depth Harmony newsletters to our customers on an annual basis. We have now decided to distribute more concise newsletters on a regular basis.
Starting this month, we will be emailing out a monthly update to all Harmony users which we trust will be both an informative and useful form of communication.
The purpose of the newsletters are to:

Provide helpful information, tips and tricks pertaining to the use of the Harmony software.

Keep our customers up to date with new software developments, technologies and features within the Harmony software.

Advise our customers of any relevant news relating to FBS staff or the company as a whole.
- Strengthen customer relationships.

New Harmony Feature
Batch Emailing of Debtor Statements & Creditor Remittance Advice
We have extended the functionality of our PDF --> Email interface to give you the ability to batch email Debtor statements and Creditor Remittance advice.
This will mean the days of printing, folding and posting statements and remittance advice are finally over.
This facility has been running at a few sites for a while now with tremendous success.The time and cost savings are enormous.
New WinPOS Feature
WinPOS Stock take Batch Entry Mode
Batch Mode Entry allows you to enter stock items in a stock take in batches. This process allows for a more accurate stock take that can be tracked according to batch.
Previously, when using the Batch Entry Mode to do a stock take, if a batch had been entered and accepted, it could no longer be modified.
Now we have the ability to create a Batch ID and description. Using Batch ID`s you can now select the batch that may have an error and delete the batch so it can be re-submitted into the stock take.
If you would like to make use of either of these new Harmony features, please contact your Account Manager who will be able to guide you through the process.
Harmony Software Case Studies
Generating Case Studies that focus on various aspects of the Harmony system is a great way to highlight how Harmony is being used by different customers in similar industries. One of the initiatives we are currently working on within our sales and marketing department is to build up a large number of case studies and feature them on our website.
We have just released a new case study that focuses on our WinPOS Staff Rostering System. Mr. Les Kraus, Chief Financial Officer of Retail Apparel Group (RAG) which owns and runs the brands Tarocash, YD and Connor was kind enough to assist us with this case study.

New Look FBS Website
We are very pleased to officially launch our new look FBS website.

The site contains everything from information about our software, products and services, through to staff photos, customer references, customer case studies and Harmony software and user manual downloads. We have also added a couple of extra features into the website which we trust will be of great assistance to our clients.
Using a valid username and password, customers can login to our Members` Only Area to:
