New Harmony Feature
Duty Drawback
 Does your company import goods then re-export them overseas? If so, then you will find yourself paying duty on all these goods only to have to reclaim the duty back once the goods are exported.
Harmony can help.
There is a new sub-system within Purchasing designed to help you keep track of duty paid on inventory and prepare claims for customs. Harmony looks at the original duty entered in against purchase orders and uses this to help you claim the original duty from customs. It also keeps track of the duty you have already claimed.
To make use of this great new feature please contact your Account Manager.
New WinPOS Feature
Store Specific Discounts
 WinPOS now has the ability to configure specific discount reasons for specific stores. If you have various groups of stores with each group requiring its own set of discount reasons, this feature will be very useful. Simply contact your Account Manager and provide a table of discount reasons and their associated stores and we will be able to set it up for you.
 Congratulations Jonathan Blashki on winning the FBS Employee of the Quarter Award (Jan-Mar 2010).
Jonathan joined FBS in April 2006 and works as an application programmer helping to complete Harmony projects specifically in the Inventory and Stocktake area. Since December 2009, Jonathan has been managing the team of staff working on our Retail Management Reporting system. Well done Jonathan. |
After Hours Telephone Support  In this day and age, businesses operate around the clock. With Harmony`s Premium After Hours Support Package, your business can call an After Hours telephone number which puts you directly in touch with a member of our Help Desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Whilst our After Hours Support only covers Harmony related queries, it certainly provides peace of mind to know that support is only a phone call away - no matter what time of day or night.

 Don`t forget that we upgraded our phone system some time ago to allow for VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) calls. This allows our customers to contact FBS from all over the country for the cost of a local call. The numbers are as follows:
WinPOS PDA Stocktake Application
 If you are currently using a third party software program for counting your stock at your store, it is time to take a look at our new Harmony PDA Stock take interface.
We have developed our own proprietary JAVA based Stock take program to run on most PDA Units or RF Terminals running Windows Mobile.
This program has been designed to integrate directly with our Harmony WinPOS software and has the following features:
