Welcome to Edition seven of the IN HARMONY online monthly newsletter
It`s been a while since the last newsletter and we have a lot to catch up on. We hope you`re refreshed, revitalised and rejuvenated after the holidays and ready for all that 2010 has to offer.
NSW Manufacturing Workshop
 We are looking at holding a general Manufacturing workshop in NSW towards the end of March 2010. The purpose of the workshop would be to provide an overview of the Harmony Manufacturing system tailored towards the TCF industry. This would also cover some areas of Bill of Materials and Style Development.
This workshop would provide an ideal opportunity for clients to refresh their understanding of this area of Harmony and also allow for a cost effective means of training new staff.
This workshop will be open to all Harmony clients and will be significantly cheaper than private one-on-one training.
At this stage we are seeking an expression of interest. If you or any members of your staff would be interested in attending such a session, please send an email to newsletter@fbsaust.com.au and advise how many people from your company would attend. Further details will be provided once we decide if the workshop will go ahead.
WinPOS FAQs now on Website
We have recently added more WinPOS Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to the member`s area of the FBS website.
The FBS FAQs provide answers and information to some of the most frequently asked WinPOS Questions without needing to call FBS Helpdesk.
 Simply log into the member`s area of the FBS website at www.fbsaust.com.au and click on the WinPOS Frequently Asked Questions link. You have the option of viewing the FAQs online or you can download a document with all the FAQs in either MS Word or PDF format.
Harmony Feature
Sales Order Invoicing Hist_load option
Did you know that you can save time duplicating invoices or reversing invoices that were incorrectly entered into Harmony by using the history load function? This option allows you to create an Invoice, Credit or Sales Order based on a previous invoice. You will just have to select which one you want to create and then enter in the original invoice number. Harmony will automatically bring up all the information exactly as the original invoice was created (charges, selling prices, tax). |
WinPOS Feature
Account Customers
Do you have account customers who would prefer to pick up stock from your stores rather than have to go to your warehouse? Well now you can accommodate them using the WinPOS Account Customer feature. Invoices are generated in store using WinPOS but no payment is taken. All the sales information is allocated to the Account customer and the account is settled through Head Office.
If you would like to make use of either of these Harmony or WinPOS features, please contact you Account Manager who will be able to guide you through the process.
