Harmony Fixed Assets
We are excited to announce that our fixed assets module has undergone some further development. Whilst this module has existed for some time, over the past couple of years it has undergone a major overhaul and includes a number of enhancements. The Fixed Assets Module is closely integrated with our Equipment, Creditor and General Ledger modules and has the following features:
- Assets can be identified by barcode or serial number, and can be linked with each other.
- Harmony can flag which assets are owned, and track asset transfers and disposals.
- Depreciation is also flexible; you can store multiple depreciation methods and apply up to two methods to each asset.
- Maintenance agreements and insurance policies can also be stored.

New Harmony Feature
Did you know you can easily access and reprint any saved reports from Template Maintenance?
Just go into the Template Maintenance area and move your cursor to the appropriate template. If you press the
button, it will bring up a list of all the saved files of that template in the date order they were run. Now there is no need to waste time re-running backdated reports. Just set your templates to automatically save your reports and they will always be waiting there for you whenever you need them.
New WinPOS Feature
Stock Transfer Request
Using WinPOS you now have the ability to place stock orders directly to the warehouse without having to mess around with emails, telephone calls or faxes in order to get the stock you need.
The new Stock Transfer Request function allows staff at your store to easily make stock transfer requests from the Main Warehouse or other stores. These requests are then picked up in the warehouse/store and Transfer Orders are instantly created for quick and easy picking. Stock Transfers can easily be created on-the-fly at the store, or if needed, can be saved away to be sent at a more convenient time. This feature also has the functionality to allow you to decide on a date when you would like the Transfer Request to be sent and processed.

24 Hour Trading
To all customers using WinPOS Point of Sale System
FBS needs to know if you are planning on having any stores trade for 24 hours over the Xmas / New Year period.
We need to know the following information:
- Store Name
- Warehouse number
- Date of 24 hour trading
This information is needed so we can turn off the nightly WinPOS updates for those stores on those specific nights.
Please contact your Account Manager with this information.
Welcome 3 new FBS staff members

As our customers` needs have changed and grown over the years, we are expanding to fulfil those needs. Kenneth and Boaz have recently joined the software development team and Shane has joined the JAVA development department. We are delighted to have them on board.
