Harmony EFT Payments System

Want to save time and money sending payments and remittance advice to Creditors?

Why not pay your creditors online using the Harmony EFT Payments system?

The Harmony EFT payment system allows you to electronically transfer payments raised in Harmony directly to your Payee`s bank account. The system creates an ABA file, which can then be moved to your on-line Banking Program for transfer to individual bank accounts. You can also batch email your remittance advice directly to your creditors.

We are constantly surprised by the number of customers who still send us payments via cheque. The EFT payment system offers a faster and more cost effective means of paying your creditors.

New WinPOS Features

The latest version of WinPOS has some fantastic new features.

These include:

1. WinPOS is now able to work in conjunction with third party computer based people-counting systems (door counters). At any time you can access the stored traffic counts between a specified date range to generate graphed activity reports.

2. WinPOS is now able to apply a customer`s default discount amount after items have been entered. Previously, you would have to enter the customers details before any items were input into the product selector screen for WinPOS to apply their default discount. Now you are able to enter the customers details at any point throughout the transaction and their default discount will apply.

3. You are now able to input multiple clock card entries per person per day. This means if a staff member works half the day as normal, but goes home sick for the rest of the day, 2 separate clock card entries can be input into WinPOS to reflect this. These can then flow through to the payroll system accurately reflecting the breakup, resulting in less manual intervention from the payroll officer in Head Office.

New Harmony Customer

We would like to welcome on board our latest customer, Cargo Group. Both Body C and American Cargo operate under Cargo Group, selling a huge range of men`s and women`s clothing and accessories. The company was established in 2008 and has rapidly grown along the East coast of Australia. New WinPOS User Manual

We have just released the latest WinPOS 4.3 User Manual onto our website. To obtain a copy you must go to our website: http://www.fbsaust.com.au/ and login using your username and password.

If you do not know these details simply send an email to newsletter@fbsaust.com.au requesting your username and password.

Once logged in, go to the "Download Manuals" section of the members area.

You will then have the ability to download the manual in either Microsoft Word, PDF or Compressed ZIP format.
