New Harmony Feature
G/L Trace Function Well, you don`t have to rack your brain any longer!
There is a new trace function in the General Ledger that allows you to easily see all entries that relate to a particular deposit. All you have to do is find the deposit in the Bank / Holding account and press the Trace button. A list will appear of all related deposits. Now we can all smile and thank Dale for making our lives a little easier.

New WinPOS Feature
Handling Clock Card Hours
Does your payroll officer spend hours entering leave and other types of hours into the payroll system?
Why not let WinPOS do it for you?
In WinPOS you can select the type of clock card hours you are entering. These will then flow directly into your Harmony payroll system, cutting the payroll processing time down. Clock card types include: Annual Leave, Long Service Leave, Other Leave, Public Holiday, Day In Lieu, Sick Leave, Leave Without Pay, and Training Hours.

Future Business Systems can manage all of your Network / PC / Email / Virus / Server Management and 3rd Party software requirements and assess the effectiveness of each service area. Regular reporting is provided and the SLA also ensures response times are based on impact to your business.

FBS Employee of the Quarter
Congratulations to Wendy Kramer on winning the FBS Employee of the Quarter Award (Jul - Sep 2009)
Wendy has been employed in the administration department at FBS since 2006 and takes care of supplier purchasing, customer invoicing and assists with reception. Over the past 12 months however, Wendy has taken on more of an Account Management assistant role. She liaises frequently with customers in order to generate system quotations and assist with all types of queries. This award is a credit to Wendy`s hard work and committment to FBS and we congratulate her on this achievement.
