You'll describe yourself as: a problem solver, organised, accurate, a critical listener and wanting to learn. You'll also have a great ability to relate to people.You'll have a basic background in Accounting/Book Keeping and Computer Systems. You will be keen to take up a help / support desk servicing role that offers you the opportunity to develop and advance within the organisation. You will be servicing our Australia wide client base by phone and working with a team of experienced professionals.
After an intensive training program you'll be responsible for tracking and resolving Future Business Systems` clients` problems from our Caulfield office in the following areas: * The use and implementation of our Harmony Accounting Software. * Hardware, Networking and Systems use and maintenance.Future Business Systems is built around a multi-skilled team who are all part of the management decision making process.
